*NEWS*: (September 2007) I have just begun a new Revolutionary Knights RPG. After a couple of years of being in-active....
due to ezboard deleting the message board...... I have re-created Revolutionary Knights, and hope to regain the fun that was
once had! All of the members (of which there were 25) have since disappeared, and I hope to gain a lot of new people. ^.^
This should be fun!
Revolutionary Knights: An Utena RPG is an RPG [Role Playing Game] that is focused around Revolutionary Girl Utena. On
this page, you will find out all of the useful info for the RPG!
What is an RPG?
An RPG is a Role Playing Game, where you pick a character to be, and "be" them. You control their actions, dialogue, and your
message posts [the Revolutionary Knights RPG takes place on a message board] focus around your character.
Who do I control?
In an RPG you MAY NOT control someone else's character. You can only control your character, and any characters that you make
up to interact with your character. This is not true on all RPG's.. but here it is. =) Why? Well, that's simple... it's because
it's harder to do an RPG when everyone is controlling a character. Mainly because... for example... lets say you were getting
ready to post, and you had an idea ready in your head. [yay!] but then.. someone ruins that by controlling your character
and now your char. is in a totally different spot! Then it gets confusing, and arguments arise.. so please don't control someone
else's character! It's one of our rules!
What is the storyline for the Revolutionary Knights RPG?
Well........ this info is available on the actual RPG message board. Here, you can find the basic plot. If you want to check
the message board for more info, then the forum name is "The Revolutionary Knights"
Storyline
Everyone knows the legend of the Revolutionary Knights, an elite race of humans who fought to keep peace in this world. Magnificent,
beautiful humans who were almost looked upon as divine beings. They were, however, merely knights sworn to protect their kingdom,
Earth. You see… long ago, in ancient times, the Earth was ruled over by a single kingdom. Although the royalty of this
kingdom was very powerful, they could not control everyone by themselves. Therefore, they enlisted the help of any person
who was said to have shown extreme power and motivation. These people came to be called the Revolutionary Knights, and they
kept order in the land. These Revolutionary Knights did their job well, and each one grew to become somewhat of a legend-
more beautiful and powerful than any other humans on Earth.
After a while, however, a terrible power called Pandora (the same one that inspired the Greek legend) swept over the world,
leaving the Revolutionary Knights almost powerless. Unbeknownst to all, however, was a secret power harbored inside the bodies
of each Revolutionary Knight…. One that could only be unleashed in the event that all of the Knights came together...
This power could revolutionize their now-doomed world, bringing a new beginning. Sadly, they were not able to destroy this
new dark power, Pandora, brought upon by some mysterious force that was never discovered. The Knights were only able to seal
it away with their own revolutionary power. This power, called Dios, was the ultimate force that any person or creature could
possess. In fear of Pandora coming back, the Revolutionary Knights sealed Dios away in a huge castle that was said to only
exist in fairy tales, a kingdom that floated in the sky.
Many years after the events aforementioned, a boy named Dios was born. His body had the ability to contain the Power of Dios
inside of his own self. One day, while searching for his sister, Dios happened upon the ancient burial ground of the Power
that he was born to encounter. Upon allowing this power inside of him, Dios became immortal, unable to die. He would live
forever, the flesh embodiment of the undying power that would someday be released, able to revolutionize a dying world. It
is said that if the evil Pandora ever returns, then a new dawn will come, and the Power of Dios will awaken the spirits of
the Revolutionary Knights inside of those that it chooses.
Now, in present time, someone has released the power of Pandora once again, which was sealed away so long ago. The Duelists
of Ohtori Academy must become Revolutionary Knights, and go on a mission to save the world from Pandora. Who or what has released
this terrible power? Will the Knights be able to defeat it? What exactly is the power that Pandora possesses? How do the duelists
plan on gaining the power of Dios in order to become Revolutionary Knights? So many un-answered questions!
Characters,
Now that you know a bit about the actual RPG, let us tell you about the characters that are open. Well, guess what? It's your
lucky day. ^_~ The only Utena characters not available are the ones seen below! EVERYONE ELSE IS OPEN!!!! Most of the people
playing use original characters or characters from other shows, so we do not have too many actual Utena characters. :) Join

Okay, I know about all of this RPG stuff.. how do I join?
It's simple! Click the image of Utena at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the main Revolutionary Knights Message
Board. From there, read the rules in the Main Discussion Board. Also, be sure to read the storyline if you did not read it
above. Then, go to the "want to join?" forum, and make a NEW TOPIC. Then paste the application form from the "want to join?"
board into the new topic, and enter your own info. [This info is ALL ON THE APPLICATION FORM!!! you can find the complete
directions there.] After you have been accepted by us [The notice of your being accepted will be posted as a reply to your
topic. Basically everyone gets in.] then just read the RPG story line, and join the RPG!!!!!!
Any rules besides not controlling someone else's character?
